The Signal Review closes that gap. It is a bounded, senior-led assessment that produces a scored, evidence-based baseline your leadership team can stand behind and your board can interrogate.

Three deliverables at the end of 20 working days: a scored maturity profile across six dimensions, a prioritized roadmap of high-confidence moves, and a governance evidence package suitable for board presentation or investor due diligence. After delivery: Two weeks of implementation support available as your team acts on findings. Optional embedded execution support if the evidence points to a specific next initiative.
